How it works
A CAPTCHA is a short browser check designed to distinguish people from automated traffic. With Human Says Inbox, it’s a step between a new message and your inbox.
The sender completes a CAPTCHA.
They open the link, complete Cloudflare’s human check, then click “Verify my email.” They don’t need an account, password or Human Says Inbox subscription.
That message reaches you.
The next mailbox sync moves the original verified email into your inbox. Messages that skip the check stay held for review. Each new message needs its own check.
A CAPTCHA adds friction to automated outreach. It doesn’t prove who sent an email or that its contents are trustworthy. You still choose what deserves a reply.
